- Description:
RM Crowe broke ground on the Park Cities Hilton in the late 90s and delivered in 2001. The Park Cities Hilton was initially planned to be a merchant development, but it delivered in the aftermath of the bubble burst and 9/11 which made capital markets environment unsatisfactory. RM Crowe refinanced into permanent debt and held the asset alongside its investors. The property performed exceptionally well in the following years and was sold in 2014.
Originally developed to serve both business and leisure travelers, the property combines upscale accommodations with meeting and event facilities designed to support corporate gatherings, conferences, weddings, and social events. The hotel’s highly connected location within one of Dallas’ most affluent neighborhoods has established it as a preferred destination for regional business travel and upscale hospitality experiences.
